  • CYGNUS 23'

    Sauvignon blanc, macerated 6 days, 12 months elevage sandstone amphora. Dry white/light orange wine, golden hue, gooseberry, ripe apple and pear drops, light spiced tannins. 12.5%


  • NASTURTIUM 23'

    Sauvignon gris, macerated 2 weeks, 10 months elevage terracotta amphora. Dry orange wine, orange blossom, cumquat, rhubarb, flinty, white pepper, medium jasmine tea tannins. 12.5 %


  • SCRIBBLY GUM 23'

    Merlot 65%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35% assemblage, 12 months elevage sandstone amphora. Light-medium red, menthol, herbaceous, bright and lively on the palate with taut tannins. 13 %


  • FRANKIE GOES TO DORDOGNE 23'

    Cabernet Franc, 40% whole bunch,12 months elevage sandstone amphora. Medium bodied red, ripe black/bramble fruits, fresh red pepper, good acidity and minerality, medium tannins. 14%


  • JOLI COEUR 22'

    Cabernet Franc, 24 months elevage sandstone amphora. Demi sec medium bodied red. This wine went to sleep on a bit of a sugar high and has decided to stay not quite dry. Good with cheese, friends or a strawberry tart.  13%
